Join us at the 2024 Advocacy Summit and

advocacy that makes an impact. The 2024 Advocacy Summit will inspire, educate,
equip, and empower you to advocate successfully on behalf of your destination
organization and community. Whether you’re new to advocacy or a
seasoned professional, this summit is where you become the advocate you aspire
to be - a catalyst whose efforts can spark significant change and progress.
REGISTRATION REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be
submitted on or before Friday, September 27th, 2024. A full refund
of the registration fee will be provided, less a US$100 administrative fee, for
requests made on or before September 27th, 2024. All cancellation requests must
be made in writing and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests
received after September 27, 2024, unless accompanied by valid proof of a
medical or family emergency. Cancellations are not eligible for future
event credit.
Substitutions
A single substitution, per registration, can be requested and
emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org; further adjustments will be marked as cancellations.
Cancellations are not eligible for event credit.

Your safety is our top priority. We have developed the following
guidelines and require that all attendees strictly adhere to all guidance in
order to make the 2024 Advocacy Summit a safe, secure and enjoyable event for

HOTEL INFORMATION
Destinations International is pleased to offer a hotel block at
the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort, starting at
$199/night plus applicable taxes (currently 11%) and fees. Hotel booking links
will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Please register for
the event prior to booking your room.
The hotel cutoff date is Friday, September 27, 2024. Please
note, these rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may sell
out prior to the cut-off date. If you have any questions or need additional

Join us on Tuesday morning prior to the start of the summit for one of three immersive experiences in the heart of Puerto Rico. See first hand how Discover Puerto Rico has engaged the local community and brought forth the power of destination promotion and placemaking.
