Here is an RFP Showcase product update from our friends at CVENT!
The CVENT team recently created a new eBook on Drive to Events and Micro Weddings. Check out pages 7-11, focused on the importance of promoting destinations, including the role of the CVB, and also a call out for RFP Showcase.

The user engagement on RFP Showcase in September grew tremendously over August!
For the month of September:
- There were a total of 219 unique RFPs added to Showcase, totaling a RFP value of $15M
- These RFPs were from 110 planners, from 50 planner orgs
- There were 31 different CVBs, who claimed 26 unique RFPs, totaling a RFP value of $3M
- All of these are in the US, except for 1 in the Netherlands.
There are many CVBs engaging with RFP Showcase, but there are also many more opportunities out there that some CVBs are missing, and you can help them claim.
CVENT continues to bring more new planners into Showcase, including numerous Third Party Planners, and also many large enterprises like Pfizer, J&J, Amazon, Boston Market, Boeing, Deutsche Bank, Merck, and Boehringer Ingelheim.
And, RFPs in October have come from 40 planners from 28 planner orgs, so there are definitely new planners out there to meet!
