Since we are using Microsoft Teams for most of our communications, we recently added Teams Phone to consolidate everything. So far, so good. You have the ability to build your auto attendant and answer calls through the Teams app either on your computer or cellphone. There are multiple methods of adding a carrier, if you are not too tech savy, it is worth getting advice and setup from a Microsoft Partner.
Previous to this we were using a Canadian version of RingCentral through our local carrier TELUS. The system is VOIP based, robust, with calling available on your computer or cellphone. It also has many integrations including MS Teams, Office 365, Google Chrome, etc.

Good morning!
We currently use a Mitel phone system and our service is internet-based. The Mitel system has aged out, and I am exploring options for upgrades. We have a staff of 18 and a Visitor Center that serves as the hub for all incoming calls, with the exception of those that bypass by calling a direct line. I am looking at options for a similar system, as well as how we could go completely mobile and scrap the desk phones. I am seeking recommendations from the group on what your organization uses...any insight is much appreciated!
