When your team is small, every process matters. Join fellow destination professionals for an open discussion on the real-world challenges of SOPs and governance-what's working, what's not, and how to keep things simple, clear, and effective without adding unnecessary complexity.

Subject: Standard Operation Procedures
Hi everyone,
I'm currently looking to revise and update our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and would really appreciate your input. My goal is to improve clarity, usability, and consistency across the board.
If you have experience with SOP development, I'd be grateful for any suggestions on best practices, formatting, or content improvements.
Additionally, I'm interested in learning more about how your SOPs are stored and managed in your area (e.g., location, system used, version control, accessibility, etc.). Any insight into what works well would be very helpful.
If you have any SOP templates or form examples you're willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you in advance for your time and support!
