Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
We request that all registration cancellations and refund requests be made on or before Monday, February 5, 2024 . A full refund of the summit fee, less a US$100 administrative fee, will be provided. We regret that no refunds will be granted for requests made after February 5, 2024 without proof of a medical or family emergency. Please send all cancellation and refund requests or additional registration assistance inquiries via email to events@destinationsinternational.org. All cancellations must be in writing.

Destinations International is please to offer a hotel block at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, starting at $189/night plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.8%).
The hotel cut-off date is Monday, February 5, 2024. Please note, these rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. The hotel booking link will be available in your summit registration confirmation. Please register prior to booking your room.
