International Visitor Services Summit in Chicago, Illinois! This gathering of
visitor experience and community engagement professionals features interactive
and immersive sessions designed to discover new and innovative ways to utilize
your visitor center as a powerful tool for building brand awareness,
re-envisioning the role of visitors centers and fostering community engagement.
A full day of programming – leading up to the Destinations International 2025 Annual
Convention – will offer interactive and immersive sessions and is the perfect
opportunity to engage in peer-to-peer discussions and share key learnings,
challenges, successes and best practices.

REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY
All registration cancellation and
refund requests must be submitted on or before Friday, June 13, 2025.
A full refund of the registration fee will be provided, less a US$150
administrative fee, for requests made on or before June 13, 2025. All
cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org. No refunds will be granted
for cancellation requests received after June 13, 2025, unless accompanied by
valid proof of a medical or family emergency. Cancellations are not
eligible for future event credit.
Substitutions
A single substitution, per registration, can be
requested and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org; further adjustments will be marked as cancellations.

available in your summit registration confirmation. Individuals must register
prior to booking your room. The hotel cutoff date is Friday, June 13, 2025,
at 5:00 pm local time. Please note that these rooms are available on a
first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the cut-off date. If you
