now completely different. Destination organization leaders of today must have a
renewed focus on solutions to tackle the challenges of showcasing
organizational strength and resilience that create welcoming communities and
increase resident engagement. Now is the time to revisit the values of
destination organizations through destination stewardship and workforce
development programs to retain top talent. With the ever-changing landscape of
destination issues, leaders must work with stakeholders on innovative
approaches to crisis response and the evolution of digital marketing platforms.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
All
registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted on or
before Thursday, June 20, 2024. A full refund of the registration
fee will be provided, less a US$100 administrative fee, for requests made on or
before after June 20, 2024. All cancellation requests must be made in writing
and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org. No
refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after February 5,
2024, unless accompanied by valid proof of a medical or family emergency. Cancellations
are not eligible for future event credit.
Substitutions
A single substitution, per registration, can be requested and emailed
to events@destinationsinternational.org; further adjustments will be
marked as a cancellation. Cancellations are not eligible for event credit.
