MUST currently hold an active membership.

MUST register through their organization account.

MUST register all attending staff at one time.

MUST register a minimum of five (5) staff.

applicable adjustments if the above requirements are not met throughout the

Students
·
This opportunity is available exclusively
through Destinations International members and partners. Students must be
directly affiliated—whether through an internship, academic program or faculty
connection—with a DI member destination organization, professor member,
educational institution member or official partner organization.
Guests
·
Guests are considered as spouses, partners,
family or friends outside of the destination organization industry. The
registration type includes access to the welcome reception and closing happy
hour, as well as non-ticketed meal functions. Guests will not be permitted
to attend any summit sessions.

REGISTRATION
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that all registration cancellations and refund
requests be made on or before Thursday, June 25, 2026. A full
refund of the conference fee, less a US$150 administrative fee, will be
provided. We regret that no refunds will be granted for requests made after
June 25, 2026, without proof of a medical or family emergency. Please send all
cancellation and refund requests or additional registration assistance
inquiries via email to events@destinationsinternational.org.
All cancellations must be in writing.
Last Chance Rate Policy
To encourage timely registration
and ensure optimal event planning, a last chance registration rate of $150 will
be applied to all registration types that register starting on or after June
25, 2026.
Substitutions
A single substitution, per
registration, can be requested and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org;
further adjustments will be marked as cancellations. Cancellations are not
eligible for event credit.

across the bridge, we will offer shuttle service.

first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the cut-off date.
