Registration Type Eligibility Requirements 

Member Early Bird Bundle

·         Qualifications and criteria for bundle pricing are below. Code needed to receive the discount: 26ACBUNDLE

o   Destination MUST currently hold an active membership.

o   Destination MUST register through their organization account.

o   Destination MUST register all attending staff at one time.

o   Destination MUST register a minimum of five (5) staff.

o   This rate is ONLY applicable during early bird (through April 2, 2026).

·         Refunds are not applicable; substitutions will be considered.

·         The destination will be billed for any applicable adjustments if the above requirements are not met throughout the registration process.

Students

·         This opportunity is available exclusively through Destinations International members and partners. Students must be directly affiliated—whether through an internship, academic program or faculty connection—with a DI member destination organization, professor member, educational institution member or official partner organization.

Guests

·         Guests are considered as spouses, partners, family or friends outside of the destination organization industry. The registration type includes access to the welcome reception and closing happy hour, as well as non-ticketed meal functions. Guests will not be permitted to attend any summit sessions.

REGISTRATION REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We request that all registration cancellations and refund requests be made on or before Thursday, June 25, 2026. A full refund of the conference fee, less a US$150 administrative fee, will be provided. We regret that no refunds will be granted for requests made after June 25, 2026, without proof of a medical or family emergency. Please send all cancellation and refund requests or additional registration assistance inquiries via email to events@destinationsinternational.org. All cancellations must be in writing.

Last Chance Rate Policy

To encourage timely registration and ensure optimal event planning, a last chance registration rate of $150 will be applied to all registration types that register starting on or after June 25, 2026.

Substitutions

A single substitution, per registration, can be requested and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org; further adjustments will be marked as cancellations. Cancellations are not eligible for event credit.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Destinations International is pleased to offer a variety of hotel accommodations to meet all attendee needs. For those staying downtown across the bridge, we will offer shuttle service.

The hotel cutoff date is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Please note that these rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the cut-off date.

·         Hyatt Regency Portland at Oregon Convention Center  starting at $249/night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%) and fees | 0.1 miles

·         Hilton Portland Downtown starting at $199/night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%) and fees | 1.8 miles (shuttle services will be provided) 

·         The Duniway Portland starting at $209/night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%) and fees | 1.8 miles (shuttle services will be provided) 

·         Courtyard by Marriott Portland Convention Center starting at $209/night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%) and fees | 0.3 miles

·         Hotel Eastlund starting at $209/night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%) and fees | 0.2 miles

·         The Nines Hotel Portland starting at $239/night plus applicable taxes (currently 17%) and fees | 1.7 miles (shuttle services will be provided) 

To receive the group room block rate, individuals must first register for the event. The direct hotel booking link will be included in the registration confirmation email. The hotel cutoff date is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:00 pm local time. Please note that these rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the cut-off date.
