Please note that a 2026 partnership is required to attend
this event, and not all partner tiers are eligible. Member/Non-member rates
apply only to destination organizations. Please consult your partnership
agreement or contact partnerships@destinationsinternational.org

NOTE: Full registration includes a welcome reception, two
(2) breakfasts, two (2) lunches, four (4) breaks, and a closing happy hour.
REGISTRATION
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that all registration cancellations and refund
requests be made on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026. A full
refund of the conference fee, less a US$150 administrative fee, will be
provided. We regret that no refunds will be granted for requests made after
September 24, 2026, without proof of a medical or family emergency. Please send
all cancellation and refund requests or additional registration assistance
inquiries via email to events@destinationsinternational.org.
All cancellations must be in writing.
Last Chance Rate Policy
To encourage timely registration and ensure optimal event planning, a last
chance registration rate of $150 will be applied to all registration types that
register starting on or after September 25, 2026.
Substitutions
A single substitution, per registration, can be requested and emailed to events@destinationsinternational.org;
further adjustments will be marked as cancellations. Cancellations are not
eligible for event credit.

Your safety is our top priority. We have developed the
following guidelines and require that all attendees strictly adhere to all
guidance in order to make the event a safe, secure and enjoyable event for

HOTEL
INFORMATION
Destinations International is pleased to offer a hotel block
at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre, starting at
CAD$279/night plus applicable taxes (currently 18%) and fees. Booking links
will be in your registration confirmation email.
The hotel cutoff date is Thursday, September 24th,
2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. Please note that these rooms are available on a
first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the cutoff date. If
