  • 1.  1-800 Numbers

    We are in the process of switching phone providers, and I'm curious to know how many DMOs still maintain or actively use their 1-800 numbers. While it's not a significant expense, we are considering eliminating it. Unfortunately, our current system doesn't provide reporting on how often the number is used. Thanks in advance for your insights!

    Hello Reed – we have an 800 number through AT&T and the monthly invoice provides all incoming calls so we can see the markets of our callers.
