I know it's not always easy to connect in person, and I've found the BizOps community to be incredibly valuable. I'd like to encourage everyone to consider joining the Destinations International Mentorship Program through Upnotch.
One thing I've learned about our community is that many of us work behind the scenes solving problems, improving processes, managing systems, analyzing data, and helping our organizations run more effectively. It's easy to overlook how valuable that experience really is.
Don't sell yourself short. The knowledge, lessons learned, and perspectives you've gained throughout your career could make a real difference for someone else in our industry. Whether you're looking to learn from a peer or share your own experiences, I believe the BizOps community has a tremendous amount of expertise worth passing along.
