We've been on ADP for a while and are starting to look around at what else is out there. Before I go too far down the demo rabbit hole, I'd love to hear from this group.
Who are you using (or have used) for payroll, timekeeping, and HR? What do you like, and what drives you crazy? And if you've made a switch: knowing what you know now, would you have changed anything? What went well, and what would you do differently?
A few things on my wish list:
- Payroll that integrates cleanly with benefits, elections, 401(k), etc. (360 feeds)
- Fully electronic onboarding, start to finish
- Annual goals and reviews
- Anonymous 360 / cross-functional feedback
- Electronic HR records
- The rest in one place: open enrollment, policy acknowledgments, compliance training, comp changes, W-2s, etc.
I've looked at BambooHR so far and have a few others on my list. Happy to share back what I find out.
